A balanced blend of natural herbs infused to promote a happy heart.

Ingredients: Hawthorn Berry, Motherwort, Ginger, Yarrow and Hibiscus.

Directions: Add (1) teaspoon in a cup of boiling water. Steep for 5-10 minutes, sweeten to desired taste, and enjoy about an hour before bed. *Be careful when combining this with blood pressure medications as it could bring your pressure down too low.
